Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of Infobip’s internal tools (Qlik, SU) to setup accounts, monitor, and troubleshoot client’s traffic
  • Product and Market Knowledge: Continuously learn about the company’s products, platforms, relevant markets, and clients’ businesses and how they use the company’s services
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple internal teams (Customer Success, Sales Engineers, Customer Support, CPaas Registrations, Platform Operations, Customer Analyst, Procurement, Revenue Assurance)
  • Skills in analyzing and forecasting client traffic, managing account setup, risk management, and meeting KPIs (gross profit, margin%, cross-sells, NRR, tier transitions)
  • Ability to promote team spirit, mentor, and onboard newcomers
  • Entry-level position requiring curiosity, passion, collaboration, and continuous development

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with assigned top Tier2 clients to achieve customer health and growth (regular meetings, share Infobip strategy/roadmap, position against competitors)
  • Serve as focal point for client’s business and technical expectations (handle escalations, services/product adoption, communicate feedback to Product teams), coordinating different teams
  • Meet and exceed quarterly KPIs for business growth (gross profit, margin%, cross-sells, NRR, tier2 to tier1 transitions)
  • Work closely with Customer Success for existing and future SaaS business
  • Ensure proper client account setup in cooperation with CPaaS Registrations and Platform Operations (account creation, route management, sender registration, content filtration)
  • Monitor and minimize health risks with Revenue Assurance (financial collections, netting)
  • Analyze and forecast client traffic, react to ensure growth, minimize losses, maximize GP/revenue
  • Collaborate with Self Service team for transitions/upgrades, ensuring thorough internal handover and smooth customer handoff
  • Update all client engagement activities and opportunities in dedicated tools (SF)
  • Coordinate internal teams to fulfill client requirements timely
