Requirements

  • 5+ years of AE experience with SaaS, UCaaS, and cloud-based sales
  • Experience working with Channel Partners
  • Experience utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool

Responsibilities

  • Hunting new business and managing existing accounts
  • Upselling and leveraging business from established customer relationships
  • Managing complex sales situations and sales campaigns
  • Creating, delivering, and managing client demos/presentations, quotes/proposals, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
  • Engaging with C-Level and VP-Level Executives
  • Working strategically with management to deliver forecasts, identify trending opportunities/challenges, and provide recommended solutions
  • Keeping informed of product line, competition, and industry trends that may impact client business activities
  • Cross-functional teaming and selling to drive sales with Sales engineers, solutions specialists (internal), and channel management
