Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic success planning and engagement across assigned set of enterprise accounts
  • Foster champions in customer accounts and support and empower customers across the customer journey
  • Develop an understanding of customer's current state, strategic initiatives, and executive and key stakeholder goals and priorities
  • Orchestrate across customer and internal teams to bring internal resources to bear
  • Develop success plans to help customers drive an automation plan and roadmap
  • Partner with Sales teams to deliver customer Executive Business Reviews and QBR's
  • Identify opportunities for expansion into new functions and help build customer advocacy
  • Provide feedback to product and engineering teams to shape the future of the product
  • Partner with Sales, Professional Services, Product teams, Customer Success Engineers, and other internal teams to drive deeper partnerships and successful customer outcomes
