Requirements

  • Based in EST or CST (remote position)
  • Experience managing higher-spend, strategic/enterprise accounts
  • Ability to understand customer's current state (teams, processes, tools, Tines usage), strategic initiatives, and align with executive/key stakeholder goals & priorities
  • Expertise in Tines product to act as trusted advisor and subject matter expert
  • Strong orchestration skills across customer and internal teams (Customer Success Engineers, Sales, Product, CS Leadership, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic success planning and engagement across assigned enterprise accounts
  • Foster champions and support customers across the journey: onboarding, adoption, expansion, renewal
  • Develop Success Plans to help customers create automation plans and roadmaps
  • Partner with Sales for Executive Business Reviews and QBRs
  • Expand Tines usage beyond security teams into IT, HR, Product/Engineering, Operations
  • Align with customer stakeholders to ensure value delivery from onboarding through renewal
  • Orchestrate onboarding with Customer Success Engineer for timely use case delivery and customer training
  • Review account dashboards, metrics, log-ins, and use cases to assess customer health
  • Provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams
  • Partner closely with Sales, Professional Services, Product, Customer Success Engineers for deeper partnerships and outcomes
