Description: We are seeking a skilled Meta Media Buyer with a focus on direct response campaigns. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing high-budget campaigns across Meta platforms, with a proven ability to manage monthly ad spends of $100,000 or more. You'll drive conversions, deliver exceptional ROI, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Strategy and Execution:
    • Plan and manage paid media campaigns across Meta platforms with budgets of $100,000+ per account.
    • Develop tailored strategies for conversions, retargeting, prospecting, dynamic ads, and awareness campaigns.
    • Implement advanced audience strategies using lookalike models, exclusions, and interest-based targeting.
    • Utilize Meta’s Conversion API and Pixel for accurate tracking and optimization.
    • Scale campaigns effectively while ensuring alignment with ROI and KPI goals.
  • Sandbox Testing and Innovation:
    • Allocate 10% of each account’s budget for testing new strategies, creatives, and audience segments.
    • Experiment with innovative ad formats, targeting approaches, and messaging angles.
    • Analyze test results to identify actionable insights and integrate successful strategies.
  • Creative Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-impact ad content (video ads, carousels, Instant Experiences).
    • Provide detailed creative briefs informed by data and performance insights.
    • Partner with designers and copywriters to develop compelling messaging and visuals.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting:
    • Monitor key metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM) to inform real-time optimizations.
    • Conduct A/B testing to refine targeting, messaging, and creative elements.
    • Deliver detailed reports on campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations.
    • Present performance updates and post-campaign analyses.
  • Budget Management:
    • Strategically allocate and optimize ad spends to maximize performance.
    • Monitor testing budgets and ensure alignment with overall campaign objectives.
    • Forecast future spending.
