Responsibilities

  • Develops and implements account management and cross/up-sell strategies
  • Serves as the primary interface for all products and services
  • Builds and maintains strong external and internal relationships
  • Develops discussions on service levels and expectations
  • Identifies gaps in service levels and determines root causes and solutions
  • Prepares clients for renewal by explaining cost drivers and offering solutions
  • Formulates complex financial decision recommendations
  • Supports New Business Sales team with finalist meetings
  • Assesses the competitive environment and capitalizes on market opportunities
  • Coordinates the renewal process to retain and cultivate a profitable book of business
  • Works collaboratively to ensure customer needs are understood and key issues are addressed
