The Member Care Advocate will handle a high volume of inbound calls and chats, acting as a trusted guide to help members navigate their healthcare benefits. Responsibilities include researching and resolving complex cases, explaining benefits and coverage, facilitating access to care services, and educating members on their healthcare options. The advocate will utilize internal tools and technology to document interactions and represent the company's mission while driving member satisfaction.
