Position Overview

This role is responsible for sales activities within a designated territory, focusing on customer engagement, product promotion, and business development. The position requires consistent field work, strategic planning, and effective communication with healthcare professionals.


Responsibilities

Sales Activities & Customer Engagement

  • Daily Visits: Ensure a minimum of 4.5 days of field visits per week.
  • Effective Calls: Achieve at least 12 face-to-face effective calls per day.
  • Customer Coverage: Maintain correct coverage and frequency for A and B level clients.
  • VIP Visits: Conduct at least one monthly visit to key hospital personnel (e.g., President, Pharmacy Director, Pharmacy Committee members, key opinion leaders) within the assigned region to gain maximum support.

Product Promotion & Education

  • Product Presentations: Conduct at least one product presentation session per week to enhance physician understanding of products.

Performance & Territory Management

  • Performance Planning: Develop monthly plans for the assigned territory based on company targets and track progress weekly to achieve goals.
  • Territory Planning: Strategically plan and regularly update hospital and department information within the assigned territory.
  • Business Expansion: Focus on meticulous cultivation and expansion of business within the territory.

Financial & Product Management

  • Financial Management: Submit expense pre-applications for market activities based on the regional manager's budget and market conditions. Obtain approval before spending and submit expense reports to the District Manager (DM) within three weeks of incurring expenses.
  • Product Development: Formulate monthly product development plans and key product development plans, especially for new products, in accordance with strategies from the company's marketing department and specific regional conditions.

Knowledge & Skill Development

  • Product Knowledge: Participate in weekly product knowledge sessions and periodic exams, which will be used for performance evaluation.
  • Business Skills: Effectively apply learned business skills in the field to improve the efficiency of visits.

Work Hours & Communication

  • Field Work: Ensure 8 hours of effective work time in the territory daily.
  • Availability: Maintain availability and contactability between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM, keeping mobile phones switched on (communication and transportation allowances are provided).

Reporting

  • Report Management: Manage and submit required reports.
