Requirements

Responsibilities

The Medical Representative is responsible for conducting regular client visits, including VIP visits to hospital leaders, and organizing product introduction meetings weekly. They must plan and track progress towards monthly sales targets, manage and update client information within their territory, and expand business through diligent cultivation. Financial responsibilities include applying for market activity expenses based on budget, submitting expense reports within three weeks of expenditure, and managing approved budgets. Product management involves developing monthly product development plans, especially for new products, in alignment with company marketing strategies. Daily tasks include managing reports and ensuring communication lines are open within specified hours, with company-provided subsidies for transportation and communication.
