Monthly product development plans, especially for new products, must be formulated based on company marketing strategies and specific regional conditions. Product knowledge will be explained in weekly meetings and assessed through regular exams, which will be used for performance evaluation. Effective use of learned business skills in the field to improve visit efficiency is required.
