Candidates should possess 7+ years of experience in Strategic Media Planning, with a proven track record of developing media plans for leading global brands in Korea and SEA. International experience and an understanding of cultural diversity are essential, along with extensive knowledge of marketing, advertising, and media planning principles across all channels, including traditional and digital media. Previous experience working across global brands is required.
The Korea + SEA Media Manager will partner with the marketing team in Asia to create and implement effective media strategies, focusing on audience first and innovative media plans. They will oversee day-to-day communication with agency partners and media vendors, review all media buys to ensure alignment with strategy and budget, establish planning parameters and processes, and remain abreast of emerging platforms. Additionally, they will assess campaign performance, propose enhancements, support negotiation and execution of media deals, and partner with local marketing teams to deliver strategic and tactical media plans.
