Requirements

  • Expertise in Mechanical Systems, Material Testing (destructive and non-destructive), Surface Preparation, Finishing, Material Processing, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Advanced Manufacturing Processes (including industrial additive manufacturing)
  • Knowledge of Destructive and Non-Destructive Testing methods
  • Mandatory English proficiency; non-native candidates must provide proof through IELTS, TOEFL, STEP, or similar language exam
  • Willingness to work onsite full-time in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
  • Ability to undergo enhanced background security checks

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality theoretical and practical training in modules including: Material testing, heat treatment and evaluation; Destructive and Non-Destructive Testing; QA/QC in Manufacturing and MRO; Industrial additive manufacturing techniques (SLM, EBM, DMLS, and CFRP); Advanced Manufacturing techniques (Water jet cutting, fiber laser cutting, shot blasting, and CNC machining); Process monitoring, Precision manufacturing, DFA/DFM, Root cause analysis, FMEA Principles
  • Design and implement engaging, hands-on lessons, workshops, and assessments
  • Ensure training aligns with industry standards and best practices
  • Assess trainees’ practical and theoretical understanding, providing structured feedback
  • Manage course content and success rates
  • Develop and refine training materials aligning with industry advancements and regulatory requirements
  • Contribute to developing and enhancing LCI’s training program
