Candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of related experience in the field, with a strong understanding of market planning, business strategy, and problem-solving. A Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Geography, Urban Planning, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or a related major is preferred. Experience with statistical and mathematical modeling, demographics, and mobile data is required, along with 3+ years of retail or restaurant experience. Proficiency in GIS software and experience with Alteryx, including workflow development, is also necessary.
The Marking Planning Specialist will support the Market Planning Team through research, data acquisition, data cleansing, analysis, and conclusions, including trade area diagnostics, competitive analysis, and post audits to enable strategic market plan development and maintenance. They will maintain strategic market plans for brand growth, summarize and maintain Franchise Sales Inventory, conduct trade area and site analytics utilizing spatial tools and data, aid in performance assessments of existing assets, and collaborate with cross-functional partners such as Real Estate and Franchise Sales to support decision-making. Furthermore, they will provide fact-based communication skills to present complex data and problems effectively, and demonstrate a bias towards action through project and process management.
