Role Description

At Phantom, we’re making crypto more accessible, intuitive, and secure for millions of users. As our Brand Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping how the world experiences Phantom, driving brand awareness, credibility, and affinity through high-impact marketing campaigns. You’ll lead strategic initiatives that break through culture, create emotional connections with our audience, and reinforce Phantom as the premier next-generation consumer finance platform.

You will partner closely with internal teams—including product, growth, social, and comms—as well as external partners including creative, media, and experiential agencies to produce work that breaks through in culture, creates emotional connections, inspires action, and elevates the perception of Phantom as a leading finance brand.

You will be working on projects across brand, product, partnerships, paid media, content, influencers, PR, and experiential marketing. There will be a lot of space to conceive, own and drive initiatives - with 16M MAU, Phantom is a rare opportunity to impact the web3 experience of people at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Define and guide Phantom's core brand strategy, including positioning, architecture, and key narratives.
  • Develop and execute world-class brand campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of Phantom, ensuring creative excellence and strategic alignment.
  • Craft compelling creative briefs grounded in insights, data, and audience understanding to guide high-impact storytelling and activations.
  • Manage external agencies and creative partners to produce campaigns and brand activations that set Phantom apart in the crypto space and beyond.
  • Monitor and analyze cultural, industry, and consumer trends to identify opportunities for Phantom to engage authentically and meaningfully with key audiences.
  • Ensure brand consistency and integrity across all marketing materials, activations, and partnerships.
  • Leverage data and insights to measure brand marketing effectiveness, optimizing strategies for continuous improvement.

Qualifications
