Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a marketing or creative environment, is required. Proficiency in Jira for project tracking and management is essential, and familiarity with Red Oak or similar Compliance management tools is a plus. Strong organizational, multitasking, communication, and interpersonal skills are necessary, along with a detail-oriented approach and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
The Project Manager will track and manage marketing and communication projects from initiation to completion using Jira, coordinating with writers, designers, and marketing managers to ensure project milestones are met and timelines are monitored. This role involves submitting marketing materials to Legal and Compliance teams through Red Oak, managing any required edits or changes, and responding to renewals and content updates. The Project Manager will also facilitate Distributor reviews, track and implement feedback, act as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries, maintain project documentation, generate status reports, and identify opportunities for process improvements to optimize workflow and efficiency.
