The ability to interface with various teams is also required.
The Marketing Manager will contribute to annual marketing planning for brand, cross-franchise, and category campaigns, ensuring alignment with business priorities. They will collaborate with various internal teams to develop campaign briefs and pitch materials, support campaign planning, and manage timelines to achieve strong creative strategies. Responsibilities include overseeing campaign workflows, managing budgets and timelines, coordinating with creative teams and agencies, and leading regional campaign meetings. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams for campaign execution, partnering with XLOB teams for engagement, shaping creative toolkits with media partners, and ensuring regional teams have the necessary tools for campaign activation. Additionally, they will collaborate with Franchise and owned media teams to amplify campaigns across all business lines.
