Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing plans for seasonal campaigns, including marketing strategies, park experiences, consumer engagement, social media promotion, and creative campaign concepts
Contribute to the planning and execution of resort-wide marketing campaigns, encompassing marketing strategies, park experiences, consumer engagement, social media promotion, and creative campaign concepts
Effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, Sales, E-commerce, Entertainment, Food & Beverage, Merchandise, Hotel, and other Marketing teams) to ensure strategic alignment and consistent execution
Manage projects, including budget management, to achieve campaign goals
Provide support to other Shanghai Disney Resort projects as needed
