Responsibilities

As the Marketing Manager Kazakhstan, you will be responsible for driving growth, optimizing performance, and shaping the strategic vision for the Kazakhstan market, exercising executive leadership by supervising and empowering a high-performing team of marketing professionals. You will oversee the development and execution of brand marketing efforts, manage substantial media investments, and lead and execute high-impact promotional activities, including product launches and seasonal campaigns. Furthermore, you will collaborate with CEE BU Marketing teams and the CEE Export Markets Leadership Team to secure approval and alignment on mission-critical initiatives and hold full P&L accountability for the Kazakhstan market.
