Responsibilities

  • Email marketing rollout for all weekly B2C campaigns – including newsletters, solus mails and ad-hoc campaigns, utilizing the Salesforce email tool effectively
  • Push engaging content across social media channels, keeping the artist & AXS brands in mind
  • Support B2B business development and branding with communication and campaign support
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis and provide feedback
  • Manage paid social media and Google AdWord campaigns
  • Use analytical tools to build weekly and monthly reports on Looker for Senior Management, including results and improvement plans
  • Support marketing across AXS.com, including editing images, text, and links
  • Collaborate with the Client Services Team to maintain and improve processes
  • Ensure AXS.com copy meets SEO requirements, is concise, refreshed, and focused on key word search improvement
  • Work closely with venues and promoters' ticketing teams to maintain and review processes for improved usability, including occasional face-to-face client meetings
  • Send B2B communications and product updates with the sales team
  • Update AXS Tickets B2B Solutions website and company LinkedIn page
  • Lead all social media communications – growing followers and engagement
  • Plan and execute paid performance advertising (social media & Google) in collaboration with relevant teams
