A passion for delivering on-brand and on-brief social communications is essential, along with proactive planning and leadership of creative community initiatives. Practical knowledge of managing social media channels and their intricacies is required. Experience with Sprinklr is a plus, and knowledge of industry benchmarks for reach, engagement, view rates, and sentiment in Italy is desirable, with similar knowledge of the Iberian market being a bonus.
The Marketing Channel Manager will drive brand presence through content and community building on local market social channels, supporting paid initiatives. This role involves fostering and building social communities across platforms like Meta, Pinterest, and YouTube, engaging with consumers, and conducting social listening to identify trends and competitor activities. Responsibilities include managing inbound comments, proactive community management, posting and scheduling content, and managing paid content distribution. The manager will also help build and grow online communities, track community data metrics, develop monthly reports, and champion creativity by working with internal teams and external agencies to optimize content and ensure brand guideline adherence.
