Requirements

Candidates should possess 5-7 years of experience in community, social, or influencer roles, preferably within a fast-paced SaaS or startup environment. A deep familiarity with social platforms, particularly Reddit, TikTok, Instagram, and X, is essential, along with a strong perspective on modern community building that fosters trust and value. Excellent written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone across various channels and audiences are required. Experience in a previous sales role (SDR, AE, or AM) is a major plus.

Responsibilities

The Social Community Manager will lead community engagement across owned and external platforms to expand brand awareness and foster meaningful connections with prospects and users. Responsibilities include building community on owned channels by responding in real-time and identifying influencers, managing and growing Apollo's presence on Reddit, and representing Apollo in external communities. The role involves spotting user-generated content and product feedback, partnering with internal teams to loop in experts, hosting community-driven experiences, tracking and reporting on trends and engagement, and helping shape strategies for Apollo-hosted spaces.
