This role requires exemplary customer service competency and social media savviness to interact with members across dedicated community social channels.
The Member Services Specialist will manage and moderate the Twin Member Community on Facebook and Peloton interfaces, enforcing community guidelines by monitoring and removing inappropriate content. They will proactively identify and resolve member-reported issues, engage with community members by responding to comments and questions, and encourage community growth through engaging content. Additionally, the specialist will proactively outreach to members experiencing challenges or at risk of disenrollment via phone, chat, and/or email, and document, categorize, and escalate key themes and pain points from member conversations.
