Experience with diverse content formats beyond long-form text, such as interactive content, video, and infographics, is ideal and should be showcased in a portfolio. Strong communication skills, the ability to work effectively with leadership and SMEs, and a demonstrated understanding of time-sensitive projects are essential. The candidate must be able to navigate complex problems independently, develop client-centric stories, and demonstrate meticulous accuracy and high-quality standards, consistently meeting tight deadlines. A strong curiosity about content and the ability to ask perceptive questions are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Marketing Brand Development Senior Associate will develop, edit, and produce brand positioning and thought leadership marketing content to stimulate interest in Riveron and guide potential clients through their journey. They will determine the most effective means to engage target audiences, proactively translating long-form content into visually stimulating "bite-sized" pieces. This role involves assisting with public relations efforts by collaborating with a PR agency and internal stakeholders to earn media coverage, including drafting and editing press releases and media alerts. The Senior Associate will oversee content execution for multiple channels and formats, such as webinars, podcasts, and video production, and collaborate with firm SMEs and leadership to outline, edit, proofread, and enhance content. Additionally, they will work with subject matter experts and the marketing/PR teams to generate and prioritize ideas for compelling content and support the firm's website rebuild with new and repackaged content.
