Requirements

Candidates should have over 2 years of experience in Go-To-Market analytics, growth operations, strategy, or product data roles, preferably in a high-scale B2B SaaS environment. Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis, prototyping, and automation is required, along with a proven track record of translating business challenges into analytical models or programmatic solutions. Hands-on experience with machine learning and generative AI for sales or growth use cases is also necessary, as are strong communication and stakeholder management skills for collaborating across global, cross-functional teams. A demonstrated ability to launch minimum viable products, iterate based on feedback, and drive initiatives from concept to execution, coupled with a high ownership mindset, bias for action, comfort with ambiguity, and a focus on experimentation and velocity, are essential.

Responsibilities

The Marketing Analyst will lead the development of Product-Led Growth analytics across Go-To-Market pods, owning the entire process of designing, prototyping, and iterating on high-impact sales programs and growth experiments. They will build relationships with revenue leaders to translate hypotheses into actionable experiments and translate business needs into technical solutions using Python, SQL, and Twilio’s internal data infrastructure, collaborating with Marketing Data Engineering to move tests from pilot to production. This role involves acting as the connective tissue between Go-To-Market engineers and business teams, partnering closely with Sales, Strategy, and Marketing to identify high-leverage use cases and surface actionable growth signals, and building tight feedback loops with sales teams to validate play effectiveness and drive continuous iteration. The analyst will also own and evolve dashboards, cohort models, and experimentation frameworks that track product usage, activation, and monetization, and distill complex insights into clear, concise communication for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
