Responsibilities

The Market Engagement Lead will collaborate with the Program Manager on outreach initiatives, prepare and conduct program trainings for partners and contractors, develop and strengthen relationships with contractors, execute outreach strategies to recruit and retain them, deliver sales and training presentations, provide program value understanding, assist with application completion, answer program inquiries, train contractors on software tools, track outreach activities in a CRM, and perform other assigned duties.
