Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute market strategy to position firm as CQV leader
  • Identify trends, needs, and landscapes for growth in partnerships/clients
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners
  • Work with Site Leads to maintain dashboards, identify accounts, pursue expansions
  • Participate in industry events to build networks and identify opportunities
  • Provide input on new site RFPs within the market
  • Collaborate with marketing on thought leadership (white papers, speaking)
  • Drive business development with Lead Generation Team (opportunities, expansions, contracts)
  • Create targeted campaigns for brand visibility and leads
  • Set and achieve revenue targets via insights and pricing
  • Manage career trajectories of market resources
  • Provide input on talent management and performance decisions
  • Coach, mentor, and develop Site Leads
  • Develop and maintain succession plans across sites
  • Partner with HR, VPs, and peers to share best practices
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire team, fostering accountability and excellence
  • Set performance goals, provide feedback, and facilitate development
  • Enhance retention through collaboration, recognition, and addressing needs
  • Provide input on resourcing decisions
  • Partner with Finance/VPs to forecast resources and maintain plans
  • Manage resource utilization and staff mix for quality and profitability
  • Work with RVPs for appropriate staffing and high-quality delivery
  • Serve as technical SME for guidance on CQV challenges and innovation
  • Act as escalation point for client technical issues
  • Ensure high-quality CQV delivery meeting specs, regulations, and standards
  • Oversee project execution (planning, risk, validation, closeout) on time/budget
  • Achieve annual billable hours target
