Requirements

  • Graduates of engineering studies or students of technical universities in master's programs (preferred fields: Mechanics, Mechatronics, Automation and Robotics, Production Engineering, etc.)
  • Desire to develop technical skills
  • Leadership skills and ability to effectively collaborate with others in diverse organizations and teams
  • Analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a positive attitude towards challenges and changes
  • Willingness to take initiative
  • Very good knowledge of English and Polish languages

Responsibilities

  • Tackle diverse challenges related to production
  • Make decisions, implement them, and take responsibility for your projects and the results of those decisions from the first day
  • Familiarize yourself with leading worldwide technologies
  • Become part of the P&G team and work in a dynamic, international environment, collaborating with other P&G factories worldwide, suppliers, and customers
  • Create and maintain P&G standards and operating methods
  • Develop skills through hands-on experience, mentoring, and training
