Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing and/or restaurant/retail management, with QSR experience being a plus. Food Safety certification, such as ServSafe, AIB Food Safety Basics, or equivalent, is required, along with knowledge of donut/bakery production techniques/equipment.

Responsibilities

The Manufacturing Business Consultant will oversee between 25 and 30 highly complex Central Manufacturing Locations (CML’s), ensuring they supply donuts to Dunkin’ restaurants within their region while upholding brand standards and enhancing operational excellence and franchisee profitability. They will create growth opportunities through business planning, continual evaluation, and coaching, build relationships, lead all operations related aspects of new CML openings, use operational assessment tools to evaluate franchisees, conduct audits, advise on risk mitigation, implement new products, and collaborate with cross-functional field employees to align CML strategy with brand objectives. The role also involves managing personal expenses, following policies, documenting franchisee interactions, and spending approximately 80% of their time in production facilities.
