Requirements

Responsibilities

The Manager, Talent Acquisition, Operations will oversee hiring strategy and delivery for Deel's Operations functions across EMEA, serving as the primary TA point of contact for Operations leaders. This role involves driving hiring performance, optimizing recruiter workflows, managing stakeholder communication, and ensuring process scalability. Responsibilities include partnering with People Ops, HRBPs, Compensation, and TA Ops, leading role prioritization and workforce planning discussions, using data to monitor team performance and identify improvements, resolving bottlenecks in the hiring process, and supporting hands-on recruiting for critical roles. The manager will also implement innovative sourcing strategies and ensure data accuracy in the ATS.
