Requirements

  • 5-8 years of progressive experience in People Operations, HR, or Talent roles
  • 2+ years of management experience leading a small team within a People/HR function
  • 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, with a demonstrated track record of closing challenging roles
  • Strong people project management skills and experience designing and executing people programs
  • High sense of urgency, accountability, and follow-through
  • Expert ability to streamline People processes and leverage technology for efficiency
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • "Hands-on" operator who is not afraid to dive into the details while maintaining a strategic perspective

Responsibilities

  • Own, execute, and continuously evolve the end-to-end full-cycle recruiting process and strategy
  • Personally step in to manage requisitions during high volume
  • Partner directly with the executive team to fill senior leadership roles
  • Directly manage a Recruiter and People Ops Associate
  • Develop and execute strategies for diversity in hiring and build out an early in career talent strategy
  • Define and enable the team to deliver virtual and IRL employee events
  • Design and execute a learning & development roadmap
  • Build and deliver internal trainings, source external offerings and measure program success
  • Manage AllTrail’s global Contractor Program
