Responsibilities

  • Manage interview scheduling and coordination across time zones, recruiters, and hiring managers
  • Own operational tasks like posting jobs, configuring interview plans, auditing data, and pulling reports
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to document, improve, and project-manage updates to interview and hiring processes
  • Proactively identify and solve scheduling or process challenges
  • Support recruiting projects and initiatives that improve efficiency, data accuracy, and operational excellence
  • Document and improve processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Provide feedback and coaching to team members on improving processes and communication
  • Develop and implement processes to improve candidate experience
  • Communicate with candidates and stakeholders to ensure transparency and clarity
  • Participate in project management and coordination of recruiting projects
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to configure interview plans and manage candidate flow
  • Monitor and report on hiring metrics and candidate experience
  • Provide support to recruiters and hiring managers with data analysis and reporting
