Prior coordination experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally within a growing technology company

Responsibilities

Manage interview scheduling and coordination across time zones, recruiters, and hiring managers
Own operational tasks like posting jobs, configuring interview plans, auditing data, and pulling reports
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to document, improve, and project-manage updates to interview and hiring processes
Proactively identify and solve scheduling or process challenges
Support recruiting projects and initiatives that improve efficiency, data accuracy, and operational excellence
Document and improve processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve processes
Provide feedback and coaching to team members on improving processes and communication
Develop and implement processes to improve candidate experience
Communicate with candidates and stakeholders to ensure transparency and clarity
Participate in project management and coordination of recruiting projects
Collaborate with hiring managers to configure interview plans and manage candidate flow
Monitor and report on hiring metrics and candidate experience
Provide support to recruiters and hiring managers with data analysis and reporting
Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure project success
