Requirements

Responsibilities

Schedule and coordinate complex interviews across multiple time zones
Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing a warm and informative experience
Manage interview coordination logistics including calendar management, interview prep materials, and follow-up communications
Process offer letters and onboarding paperwork
Partner with recruiting leadership to implement process improvements and automate recruiting processes
Support the optimization of the applicant tracking system, Ashby
Help maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting documentation
Support the creation and posting of new positions
Collaborate with the recruiting team to streamline workflows and enhance the overall recruiting experience
