Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate complex interviews across multiple time zones
  • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing a warm and informative experience
  • Manage interview coordination logistics including calendar management, interview prep materials, and follow-up communications
  • Process offer letters and onboarding paperwork
  • Partner with recruiting leadership to implement process improvements and automate recruiting processes
  • Support the optimization of the applicant tracking system, Ashby
  • Help maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting documentation
  • Support the creation and posting of new positions
  • Collaborate with the recruiting team to streamline workflows and enhance the overall recruiting experience
