Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, STEM, or related field.
• Experience: 2-4 years of professional experience in marketing, product, strategy, or business analytics.
• Skills:
  • Strong analytical skills, including SQL, Excel, dataset manipulation, and data visualization.
  • Familiarity with Excel analysis.
  • Experience with Python or R (a plus).
  • Experience with Looker or Tableau (a plus).

Responsibilities

• Conduct analyses to understand marketing channel performance, client retention, and lifetime customer value.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, product, and sales teams.
• Deliver actionable insights to meet company goals.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
• Re-define and challenge company KPIs.
• Work closely with product and operations teams to define tests and experimental design.
• Dive into data and processes to understand operational challenges and opportunities.
