Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, with some relevant experience or skills

Responsibilities

  • Conduct kick-off meetings: Initiate and lead kick-off meetings with clients and internal teams to establish project objectives, timelines, and deliverables. Coordinate and document Legal, Data Security, Measurement study and other workstreams. Ensure alignment on scope, expectations, and success metrics
  • Develop configuration documents: Create detailed configuration documents outlining data integration requirements, data flows, and interim and final delivery dates. Assist with feasibility calculations (including power tests for lift studies). Align configurations with both publishers and advertisers to ensure seamless data flow and accurate reporting
  • Data integration management: Oversee data integration processes by managing internal production documentation. Coordinate data integration meetings and address client inquiries regarding customization and scenario-specific requirements
  • Regular check-ins and status meetings: Maintain ongoing communication with clients through regular check-ins and status meetings. Proactively address client concerns, gather feedback, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Reporting and delivery: Develop delivery reports, including in PPT, Excel, and Google Docs. Develop comprehensive reports highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs), optimizations, and strategic recommendations
  • Product management collaboration: Collaborate with product management teams to provide client feedback and insights for continuous product improvement and development. Act as a bridge between client needs and product enhancements
  • Client relationship management: Nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for analytics and project management-related inquiries. Advocate for client needs internally while balancing business objectives and technical feasibility
  • Cross-functional coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, executive management, legal, marketing, and engineering and data science teams to ensure seamless execution of client analytics initiatives. Foster a collaborative environment that prioritizes client success and satisfaction
