Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for facility operations and improvements; collaborate with sub-regional facilities manager on long-term projects; identify and implement best practices
  • Oversee maintenance and operations of office facilities; ensure compliance with health and safety regulations; coordinate with vendors for maintenance/repairs; attend 24x7 alarm/security calls
  • Lead space planning/allocation, office moves/reconfigurations; utilize space management tools; manage office space distribution/growth and carpark with landlord/building management
  • Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships; ensure vendor performance/SLAs; process work/purchase orders/payments per procurement policies; onboard new vendors; manage facilities service providers
  • Develop/manage local facilities budget for cost-effectiveness; seek cost optimization; monitor/report financial performance/budget variances; reconcile vendor statements; support sub-regional budgeting/forecasting; minimize variances
  • Own, develop, and implement Emergency Action Plan (EAP) and Local Crisis Management Plan (LCMP) aligned with global policy; coordinate risk assessments and building safety drills; ensure team training for emergencies
