Position Overview

Modern Health is seeking a Manager, Sales Operations to directly support our Sales and Partnerships teams and help drive the success of our new business go-to-market (GTM) efforts. This is a highly visible individual contributor role responsible for leading critical operational functions including forecasting, planning, compensation, sales process optimization, and pipeline analytics. While currently an individual contributor role, it is positioned for future growth. As the company scales, this role may evolve to include leadership responsibilities and direct reports.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong tactical execution skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Partnerships, Sales Development, and cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence.
