Responsibilities

The Sales Development Manager will lead, mentor, and coach a team of SDRs to meet performance goals, overseeing pipeline generation through outbound and inbound lead flow. Responsibilities include providing hands-on training to the Sales team, implementing data-driven performance metrics, and monitoring pipeline health. The manager will partner with Sales, Marketing, and Sales Ops to align on strategy and lead handoff processes. They will also drive hiring efforts for SDR roles, foster career development, leverage consistent training methodologies, and enforce CRM best practices to ensure data integrity. Identifying and recommending process, efficiency, and productivity improvements is also a key duty.
