We are looking for a Head of Sales Development to lead and scale our Sales Development team. This role is critical to our continued growth, focusing on pipeline generation, outbound strategy, and coaching a team of high-performing SDRs (Sales Development Representatives). You will work closely with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to build a world-class prospecting engine, ensuring we effectively reach and engage our target customers.
The estimated total compensation for this role ranges from $190,000 - $220,000 based on leveling and geography, along with an equity component and a comprehensive benefits package. This range is merely an estimate; actual compensation may deviate from this range based on skills, experience, and qualifications.
