Requirements

Candidates should possess 5-8 years of relevant Finance and FP&A experience, along with clear communication and strong interpersonal skills, excellent Excel and modelling skills, and familiarity with FP&A software. They should also have experience using Salesforce, be highly analytical, thrive in a high-growth environment, and possess a proactive mindset and bias toward action. Experience working for a mid to late-stage FinTech company (payments company) is a plus, and the ability to work with a global team across time zones and a dispersed workforce is required.

Responsibilities

As the Revenue Operations Lead, the individual will develop and lead revenue operations processes, partner with Chief Revenue Officer and business leaders to drive end-to-end revenue strategy, develop and continually improve budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecasts, support the sales team in pipeline management via Salesforce and provide actionable insights to leadership via dashboards and reports, optimize lead flow and funnel conversion from marketing to sales to customer success, lead commission calculation for the sales team, track sales performance, territory coverage, and incentive effectiveness, facilitate strategic planning and the allocation of the budget, collaborate with cross-functional teams to review key performance indicators and track performance, drive process optimisation, such as standardising key Go-To-Market processes, and implementing scalable processes for onboarding, enablement, and pipeline reviews, and undertake strategic projects to improve sales performance, such as driving automation and improving productivity across the Go-To-Market team.
