Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Manager (GTM) to join our dynamic Financial Planning and Analysis team. This role sits at the intersection of Go-To-Market Strategy, Financial Planning, and Strategic Finance, with a direct impact on revenue growth and business acceleration. You will be the strategic financial partner to our Sales and Marketing teams, working with C-suite and senior executives to translate complex data into actionable insights that influence significant business decisions.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Partner directly with executive Finance & GTM leadership to optimize sales productivity, marketing ROI, and channel performance.
  • Lead a high-performing team to enhance month-end close processes and executive reporting cadences.
  • Drive the annual planning process for all GTM functions, serving as the financial architect for growth and acceleration strategies.

Revenue Impact

  • Become the go-to expert on GTM KPIs, customer acquisition costs, lifetime value, and revenue performance metrics.
  • Uncover growth opportunities through deep-dive analyses of sales funnel performance, marketing attribution, and pricing strategies.
  • Support product strategy and pricing strategies through sophisticated financial modeling and competitive analysis.

Operational Excellence

  • Deliver mission-critical reporting with precision and speed, including variance analyses, forecasting models, and strategic assessments.
  • Build and optimize financial models that support GTM decision-making and resource allocation.
  • Create executive reporting and dashboards for real-time visibility into key business metrics and performance trends, including Board reporting.
  • Solve complex business challenges and questions through ad hoc analyses.

Requirements

  • 5-8+ years of progressive finance experience, with exposure to SaaS/software business models.
  • Proven experience managing a high-performing team.
  • Demonstrated track record of working with GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, etc.) to drive strategic and collaborative outcomes.
  • Ability to understand business drivers and growth levers beyond just the numbers.
  • Strong expertise in building robust planning and forecasting models that drive business decisions.
  • Exemplary communication skills (verbal and written) to translate complex financial concepts into clear and compelling business stories.
  • An innate desire to continuously improve processes and increase team efficiency.

Bonus Qualifications (Not Required)

  • Proficiency with business tools such as Salesforce, Intacct, Adaptive, Domo, Gong.
  • Experience incorporating AI into finance workflows.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range: $170,000 - $215,000. This range represents the expected salary for this position. The actual salary may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location.
