Exemplary communication skills are required to translate complex financial concepts into clear business narratives. Proficiency with tools like Salesforce, Intacct, Adaptive, Domo, and Gong, as well as experience incorporating AI into finance workflows, are considered bonuses.
The Senior FP&A Manager will partner directly with executive Finance and GTM leadership to optimize sales productivity, marketing ROI, and channel performance. They will lead a team to enhance month-end close processes and executive reporting, and drive the annual planning process for all GTM functions, acting as the financial architect for growth strategies. This role involves becoming the go-to expert on GTM KPIs, customer acquisition costs, lifetime value, and revenue performance metrics, uncovering growth opportunities through deep-dive analyses of sales funnel performance, marketing attribution, and pricing strategies, and supporting product and pricing strategies with financial modeling and competitive analysis. Additionally, the manager will deliver critical reporting such as variance analyses and forecasting models, build and optimize financial models for GTM decision-making, create executive dashboards for real-time visibility into business metrics, and conduct ad hoc analyses to solve complex business challenges.
