Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree or higher from a reputable university and have at least 3 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a related field. Experience in a large-scale technology or financial services company is highly preferred. Strong analytical and data analysis skills are required, with proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, or BI tools like Tableau or Power BI. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are necessary, along with strong organizational and project management skills. Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, and sales enablement tools is also important.
The Manager of Revenue Operations will streamline and maintain the account handover process between Business Development, Customer Success Managers, and Account Managers. They will conduct quality checks to ensure smooth execution of account transitions and maintain account handover documentation. Additionally, they will perform data cleansing and analysis to support the design and execution of sales incentive programs for the SME team, communicate incentive structures to Account Executives, and monitor the effectiveness of these programs. The role also involves developing and maintaining documentation for incentive schemes and preparing client-facing materials to support the sales team.
