Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or a Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration, with expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date

  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

Responsibilities

  • Discover business needs, uncover value, and work with technology, design, subject-matter experts, and finance professionals to create optimal product and platform solutions
  • Contribute to overall portfolio and product strategies
  • Play a key role in building the Product Management organization, shaping culture and people, providing mentorship, and serving as an ambassador for Product Management and the Finance Product & Data Solutions Transformation team
  • Collaborate closely with customers including Treasury, Trading, Balance Sheet Management, and Risk & Capital Analytics
  • Drive key priorities: Product Innovation (delivering innovative products and platforms, driving forward the treasury vision), Optimization (re-envisioning and streamlining the overall finance experience inclusive of trading, risk management, collateral management and end of month close), and Data Streamlining (revamping the data ecosystem to consume and leverage streamlined and enriched data end to end)
