Position Overview

  • Salary: $90,000 - $145,000 per year

Spreetail is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager, People Programs and Experience to champion the entire employee lifecycle. This critical role involves leveraging expertise in program management and data analytics to design and implement initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience, contributing to a thriving workplace culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in program and project management, employee experience, engagement, or HR operations.
  • At least 2 years of leadership experience.
  • Proven expertise in program and project management, with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, influencing, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Demonstrated experience using analytics to drive business and employee experience outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Project Leadership: Drive high-impact People & Culture initiatives from concept to completion, leading cross-functional projects, optimizing workflows, and implementing robust change management strategies.
  • Employee Lifecycle Enhancement: Own and continuously improve the entire employee journey by developing and refining programs for onboarding, engagement, performance management, recognition, and offboarding.
  • Data-Driven Engagement: Design and manage employee surveys (engagement, pulse), translating data into actionable insights, clear reports, and strategic recommendations to leadership.
  • Total Rewards and Benefits: Conduct market analysis to enhance and communicate benefits, perks, and rewards, ensuring they are competitive, aligned with strategy, and valued by employees.
  • Communication and Influence: Serve as a key advisor and build strong relationships across the business, leading internal communication strategies for the People & Culture team to ensure alignment and drive engagement.
  • Innovation and Improvement: Champion a culture of continuous growth by challenging existing practices, proactively seeking innovative solutions, and scaling programs to constantly elevate the employee experience.

Compensation Details

  • Base Pay: $90,000/year to $145,000/year.
  • Factors Influencing Pay: Geographic market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
  • Total Compensation: Spreetail is a total compensation company. Equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided depending on the position offered.
