Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field, and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in program and project management, employee experience, engagement, or HR operations. At least 2 years of leadership experience is required, along with proven expertise in program and project management, strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and exceptional communication, collaboration, influencing, and stakeholder management abilities. Demonstrated experience using analytics to drive business and employee experience outcomes is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Manager, People Programs and Experience will drive high-impact People & Culture initiatives from concept to completion, leading cross-functional projects and optimizing workflows. They will own and continuously improve the entire employee journey by developing and refining programs for onboarding, engagement, performance management, recognition, and offboarding. This role involves designing and managing employee surveys, translating data into actionable insights, and providing strategic recommendations to leadership. The Manager will also conduct market analysis to enhance and communicate our benefits, perks, and rewards, lead internal communication strategies for the People & Culture team, and champion a culture of continuous growth by seeking innovative solutions to elevate the employee experience.
