Employee Communications Manager

Employment Type: Full-time Location Type: Remote (US Locations) Base Pay Range: $114,400 - $157,300 (Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation)


Position Overview

Procore is seeking a globally-minded individual to craft world-class Employee Communications. This role will support the Chief People Officer and their organization in developing company-wide employee communications. Responsibilities include managing enterprise-wide communication channels, engagement campaigns, event experiences, and storytelling initiatives that highlight Procore's people, culture, and priorities. The ideal candidate will have experience communicating within a public company and expertise in crafting compelling messaging for global audiences at scale. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Enterprise Communications and offers the flexibility of remote work from any US location.


Responsibilities

  • Support Employee Communications on behalf of Procore’s People organization.
  • Manage internal communications channels, including content development, sequencing, and release timing.
  • Support Procore’s quarterly global town hall meetings and other large employee events and experiences.
  • Generate ideas and stories to inspire Procore employees, reinforcing how individual contributions support Procore’s business priorities and strategies.
  • Utilize various communication formats such as live events, videos, and emails to effectively engage employees.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of internal communication strategies using AI-powered analytics, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, AI adoption, and developments to provide strategic communication advice to Procore’s People organization.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Employee Communications, Executive Communications, or a related role.
  • Previous experience writing communications in support of a Chief People Officer and/or Chief Financial Officer.
  • Background in technology communications.
  • Experience leveraging and applying AI for communications.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills.
  • Strong understanding of communication strategies and tactics.
  • Ability to work effectively and build trust with senior leaders.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
