Requirements

Candidates should have 3+ years of experience in people management, familiarity with project management tooling, and familiarity with office and calendar apps. Experience working within Greenhouse, familiarity with Airtable/Asana/Google Workspace, and demonstrated experience as a client partner/account manager are considered nice to haves.

Responsibilities

The Talent Manager will manage components of the talent’s career portfolio by prioritizing and coordinating the work of others, manage a pool of talent, track contract dates, and prioritize the bench. They will also run weekly search meetings with hiring managers, stay organized, give updates, and hold others accountable for action items, track and approve timecards, PTO, weekly 1:1s, and conduct annual reviews, define and track key performance indicators and metrics, continuously look for ways to simplify and drive process improvements and efficiencies, develop and manage plans, systems, tools, processes, and procedures that maximize the efficiency, effectiveness, and impact of the performance process while reinforcing behaviors necessary for the growth and development of teams, partner with Account Leads, share insight, opportunities and challenges around talent growth and client satisfaction, and keep informed of industry best practices and trends in the career space.
