Requirements

Candidates must have 5+ years of People Operations or Generalist experience, with at least three years managing a People team. Experience implementing operational improvements, creating efficient processes, policies, and programs, particularly in high-growth technology companies, is a plus. The role requires the ability to drive key measurements and analytics, proficiency in Mac and Google applications (Sheets, Slides, Docs), and experience with Workday or other HRIS platforms. Strong people management skills, including coaching and inspiring growing teams, are essential. Authorization to receive and access US Export Administration Regulations controlled commodities and technologies is required.

Responsibilities include implementing and improving operational functions, translating core values into effective HR processes and systems, and leading, mentoring, and developing a People team. The role involves partnering cross-functionally to optimize internal processes and HR systems, leading the design and optimization of the HR service model, and creating an intuitive knowledge base with AI-powered solutions. Additionally, the manager will serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.
