Manager of Strategy and Operations

The Manager of Strategy and Operations will support the CTO and Sr. Director of Strategy and Operations with developing and communicating Hivemind strategy, collaborating with VP of Product and VP of Solutions to translate strategy into tactical plans and roadmaps, evaluating strategic investments, codifying the business model into tangible documents and excel models, supporting customer capture initiatives, redefining the customer capture process, developing materials to aid in capture of strategic customers, supporting the CTO in managing Hivemind business operations, defining and tracking business metrics, gathering and synthesizing operational data, creating and implementing operational plans, driving accountability, maintaining a pulse on organizational needs and issues, supporting cross-functional integration planning and execution following M&A activities, and solving specific business issues and driving execution post decision.
