Requirements

An active, unrestricted RN license and a Bachelor's degree are required, with an MBA or MPH being a plus. Candidates must possess over 5 years of care management experience and over 3 years of leadership experience, along with subject matter expertise in closing care gaps and addressing health-related social needs. Prior startup experience, especially in a tech-forward clinical startup, is advantageous, and comfort working autonomously is essential. The role requires demonstrated ability to collaborate with product and growth teams, leading cross-functional efforts, and proficiency in developing data frameworks for goal monitoring and KPI tracking.

Responsibilities

The Manager of Clinical Quality will develop and execute a framework for advocate operational and clinical quality, incorporating advocate behavior and patient feedback. They will collaborate with data and product teams to synthesize information from multiple platforms, ensuring adherence to Solace’s standards and protocols. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing policies, procedures, and clinical protocols to support advocates, ensuring patients receive excellent care and a best-in-class advocate experience through iterating on the care model, and developing and overseeing quality assurance and improvement programs.
