Requirements

Candidates must have full English proficiency and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. A minimum of 5 years of experience in Information Technology is required, with bottler or manufacturing experience being strongly preferred. Essential functional skills include experience in developing and executing IT solutions, leading teams, and proficiency in PC & Deskside Support (Microsoft and Apple OS, RDP, VDI), O365 and Microsoft Office Suite, Output Management, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN connectivity, Network Infrastructure, Manufacturing Application Knowledge, Project Deployment & Management, and Vendor Management. Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, a structured and pragmatic work style, independent decision-making ability, and excellent verbal and written communication skills are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Manager, Information Technology will lead the Client Services team to ensure IT excellence and operational efficiency across multiple manufacturing facilities in various locations and time zones. This role involves developing and maintaining IT standards, collaborating with regional teams to provide IT solutions, serving as an escalation point for IT issues, and providing leadership and support for multiple locations and projects. Responsibilities include ensuring adherence to lifecycle management, asset management, and cybersecurity standards, managing vendor relationships and SLAs, developing reporting processes for IT issues and trends, managing OPEX & CAPEX budgets, overseeing local IT contracts and license optimization, and promoting ethical values. The role also requires serving as a technical resource for IT/OT initiatives, supporting IT infrastructure for DR and BCP, partnering with business leadership to identify process improvements, and collaborating with other managers to define shared goals and standards. Additionally, the manager will liaise with Infrastructure Support Leads, comply with Information Risk management procedures, and adhere to procurement policies.
