The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a proven track record of successfully managing sales operations, either in the field or in digital sales of significant size. They must possess the ability to translate insights into actionable plans and be an encouraging leader capable of building, developing, and motivating a high-performing team. A strong understanding of Adobe products and services, including their features, benefits, pricing, and additional services, is also required.
The Manager - India Greenfield will lead a team of digital sellers, enabling them to exceed sales goals and critical metrics across the North American territory, with a focus on the Digital Media portfolio. Responsibilities include coaching, mentoring, and motivating the team with high emotional intelligence, fostering a collaborative team environment, and instilling Adobe values. The role involves developing strategies to coach the team in identifying customer needs and pitching relevant product benefits to close sales, and collaborating with Marketing, Sales Operations, Business Units, and Corporate Retention teams to source sales or retention campaigns and marketing leads. Analyzing business goals, customer and agent data, and daily reports to identify areas for continuous improvement is also a key responsibility.
