Requirements

  • Qualified as Radiographer with MRI expertise

Responsibilities

  • Remote Support & Training: Deliver AW training sessions for radiologists and clinical users. Provide real-time support using remote tools for scanning assistance and troubleshooting. Prepare and conduct virtual classrooms and webinars on product usage and best practices
  • Customer Engagement: Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding educational support. Coordinate and prepare customers for onsite training sessions. Follow up on training outcomes and gather feedback for continuous improvement
  • Collaboration & Issue Resolution: Work closely with the engineering and product teams to keep improving our MRI products. Identify recurring issues and contribute to the development of preventive measures
  • Content Development & Delivery: Create engaging training materials, presentations, and digital content. Deliver classroom sessions both virtually and onsite
  • Thought Leadership & Events: Represent the company at congresses, trade shows, and industry events. Showcase remote education tools and offerings to potential and existing customers. Collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to host local webinars on trending topics
  • Internal Knowledge Sharing: Attend internal trainings and disseminate knowledge to colleagues. Support cross-functional teams with educational insights and updates
